Foreign language refers to something which is not spoken in their region or is not one’s native language. However, when one relates the foreign language to their native language, learning becomes easy-going.
Learning starts with small moves like understanding the Origin of the language, know how verbs or nouns differ/ practice small phrases of the new language, etc, that help one to to relate better and learn faster.
Looking for distinctive things in one’s native vs foreign language and applying them in daily life comforts better. For example, number ‘8’ in German ‘acht’ while the same in Hindi is ‘aat’. Likewise, other words / phrases comparison gives quick hold of the language.
Besides, if a person already knows multiple foreign languages, then they may pick another language quickly. Of course, sometimes the new and 1st time learner pursuing foreign language may outshine too with a scafholding of trainer support and their own passion towards language
“Where there is a will, there is a way”, a famous proverb already known to most of them, is true with language learning too.
Happy Learning!
